本《個人資料收集聲明》（「本聲明」）是按照個人資料私隱專員公署發出的指引編寫。本聲明述明學之園就本表格內向閣下收集的個人資料所採取的政策及實務，及閣下就下述學之園收集和使用閣下提供的個人資料的目的所同意的事項。
學之園可能會就以下一個或多個目的，使用其就本表格收集的個人資料：
· 處理、核實及評估申請人是否適宜入讀學之園
· 法律允許的其他目的
學之園可能會向其任何控股公司、附屬公司及其他聯營公司，以及向學之園及前述機構的任何員工、代理人或服務供應商以及教育局披露就本表格收集的個人資料，以用於上述目的。
學之園將按照（不時修訂的）《個人資料 ( 私隱 ) 條例》（香港法例第486章）及學之園就「個人資料的保留」、「信息安全」及「查閱和更正個人資料」的《私隱政策》處理及保護就本表格收集的個人資料。
This Personal Information Collection Statement is made in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. This statement sets out the policies and practices of LHK with regards to the information collected from you in this form and what you are agreeing to with respect to LHK’s collection and use of the information provided for the purposes identified below.
The information collected from you in this form will be used for one or more of the following purposes:
· processing, authenticating and assessing the suitability of candidates for admission to LHK
· other purposes as permitted by law
Information collected from you in this form may be disclosed by LHK to any of its holding company, subsidiary and other associated companies, and to any of it and the aforementioned entities’ staff(s), agent(s) or service provider(s) and EDB for the purposes identified above.
LHK will handle and protect the information collected in this form in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the laws of Hong Kong) and LHK’s Privacy Policy with regards to “Retention of Personal Data”, “Data Security” and “Access and Correction of the Personal Data” (as amended from time to time).
