  We have enrolled in the Outward Bound Corporate Challenge 2026, the annual fundraising event of Outward Bound Hong Kong, to compete in games designed for fun and team building. - An invoice for payment will issue to you within 5 working days from submission. 填妥本表格後，我們將會5個工作天內發出付款通知。

  1. We, the undersigned, wish to enter into the Corporate Challenge 2026. We confirm and agree that we shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other ad hoc arrangements/decisions made by the Organiser/Outward Bound Hong Kong (OBHK), take part in this event entirely at our own risk and that we will not hold OBHK, or any supporting organisations, responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damage to or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event. We also agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organiser/OBHK in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organiser/OBHK arising from or in connection with our participation in the event.
    
    我們現組隊參加「2026 外展衝勁樂」，僅此一同聲明我們會遵守所有有關之活動規例和主辦機構之臨時安排及倘於活動期間發生意外，包括死亡、受傷或財物損失，我們將自行承擔一切責任。主辦機構、各贊助機構及支援機構無須對此作出賠償或負上任何法律責任。若我們在活動期間發生事而導致主辦機構支付額外開支，我們願意對主辦機構作出合理之賠償。
  2. We grant permission to the organiser/OBHK or its agents to use any photographs, video or any other record of the event for any lawful purpose.
