DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. Prohibited Materials:
The customer acknowledges that certain materials are not permitted in the dumpster(s) and agrees to assume full responsibility for any fines, violations, or penalties resulting from prohibited items placed in the container(s). The customer is fully responsible for the contents of the dumpster(s) from the time of delivery until unloading at the disposal facility. • Hazardous Waste • Toxic Waste • Paint (Liquid) • Tires • Antifreeze • Used Oil • Freon • Lead Acid Batteries • Asphalt • Propane Tanks • Flammable Liquids • Asbestos • Concrete. • Fluorescent Lights
2. Fill & Pick-Up Requirements:
The customer is required to comply with the maximum fill line indicated on each dumpster. Bug’s Bins shall not remove any dumpster(s) containing debris above the maximum fill line. The tarp system must be able to operate without obstruction, and all doors must be securely fastened at the time of pick-up. If a Bug’s Bins driver is unable to remove a dumpster due to noncompliance with these requirements, the customer will be charged a $150 fee for the initial removal attempt and required to reschedule pick-up.
3. Weight Requirements:
The rental price includes up to 2 tons (4,000 pounds) of material per container. The customer agrees not to exceed a maximum total weight of 5 tons (10,000 pounds) per container. If the total weight exceeds the included 2 tons, additional weight will be billed at $100 per ton, prorated, up to the 5-ton maximum. For safety and equipment protection, containers loaded beyond the 5-ton limit cannot be transported. If a container exceeds this limit, the customer agrees to cover any additional costs required to safely remove the load, including redistributing material, providing an additional container, or any related hauling or disposal fees. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from exceeding the stated weight limits during pickup, transport, or disposal.
4. Delivery & Removal Requirements:
The customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
The customer is responsible for disclosing any potential safety or accessibility concerns prior to delivery or removal. This includes, but is not limited to, overhead wires, low-hanging branches, narrow access points, soft ground, or other obstructions that may limit access to the location or equipment.The customer confirms they are the property owner or have obtained proper authorization to request the use of Bug’s Bins’ equipment at the service location.Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the dumpster(s), including safety, cleanliness, and any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as loss of equipment, for the duration of the rental period.Relocation, overloading, or modification of Bug’s Bins’ equipment is strictly prohibited. Customers must contact a Bug’s Bins representative for assistance if needed.The customer is responsible for providing a delivery and pick-up location capable of supporting the weight of all Bug’s Bins equipment. Bug’s Bins is not responsible for damage to pavement, sub-surface materials, utilities, driveways, lawns, landscaping, fences, or other exterior surfaces. While Bug’s Bins takes precautions to protect customer property—such as placing rubber mats/wood under dumpsters—ultimate responsibility remains with the customer.
5. Other Customer Responsibilities:
Loading & Unloading: Bug’s Bins is not responsible for any injuries sustained by the customer or third parties during the use, loading, or unloading of the dumpster(s).
Placement & Street Permits: The customer is responsible for determining and obtaining any required permits in accordance with city, county, or township regulations. If Bug’s Bins incurs any permit-related charges on the customer’s behalf, those costs will be billed to the customer.
Assumption of Terms & Conditions: If this agreement is not signed before or at the time of delivery, the customer’s use of the dumpster(s) shall constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.
6. Payment Terms:
Full payment of the quoted and agreed-upon rental price is required in advance or at the time of delivery. Bug’s Bins accepts cash, credit/debit (5% fee), Venmo, and PayPal payments. Any declined or returned payments will incur a $50 processing fee.Additional fees resulting from services such as exceeding the weight limit, filling above the maximum fill line, or extending the rental period will be billed accordingly. The customer will be provided with appropriate documentation to substantiate any additional charges. Payment of additional fees is due within ten (10) days of notification. Late payments are subject to a $100 late fee.
7. Amendment
These terms and conditions may only be amended or modified by a written agreement between Bug’s Bins and the customer.
