1. Purpose: This Confidentiality and Data Privacy Policy (the "Policy") outlines J.CO Logistics commitment to protecting personal and sensitive information in compliance with Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to The Fair Work Act 2009, The Modern Slavery Act 2018, and the Privacy Act 1988. This Policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, partners, and clients of J.CO Logistics ("the Company").
