    1. Purpose: This Confidentiality and Data Privacy Policy (the "Policy") outlines J.CO Logistics commitment to protecting personal and sensitive information in compliance with Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to The Fair Work Act 2009, The Modern Slavery Act 2018, and the Privacy Act 1988. This Policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, partners, and clients of J.CO Logistics ("the Company").

    Workers will be provided with a clear explanation of the confidentiality procedures and asked for their consent to continue with the recruitment process.

    This Policy complies with Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988, The Fair Work Act 2009, The Modern Slavery Act 2018, and relevant international standards such as ILO Fair Recruitment Principles and the Responsible Business Alliance.
