    Please take a moment to review all rules and regulations. Submission of the vendor application constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

    Bobcat Dazzlers Holiday Market Rules and Regulations

    Booth Information
    Booth cost is $100 per booth - all booths are 8'x6'.  You may select a booth with or without electricity at checkout (page 2).

  • Were you a registered vendor with Byron Nelson Bobcat Dazzlers in 2025?*
  • Are you affiliated with a national vendor (i.e. Tupperware, Mary Kay, Color Street, Scentsy, etc.)?*

  • Please note - National Vendors registered to date include the following:

    SeneGence

    Color Street

    Mary Kay

    Norwex

    Scentsy

     

    ** We will not be able to accomodate more than one National Vendor, but please fill out our waitlist form (Dazzlers Holiday Market Waitlist Form) to be placed on a list for future events.

  • General Registration – Open to the Public

    Registration will open to the public in May 2026. Booth assignments will be made based on the order in which registrations are received. Any booths not reserved by returning vendors by May 10, 2026 will become available to all applicants.

    Refund Policy
    No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026.
