Dear Parents,
Please note the following:
1. Due to limited spots, only PTA members can sign up as parent volunteers.
We sincerely invite you to join the PTA and enjoy member's benefits in our activities,
you may apply/ renew your PTA membership as well as process e-payment via
our website https://www.cbvictoria.edu.hk/en/pta/.
Membership will be effective immediately.
2. Submitting the Jotform indicates interest only and does not guarantee selection.
Successful applicants will receive a formal confirmation email from the PTA.
Selected parent volunteers will be contacted by the PTA office or the organising
committee during the week of 4th May 2026.
Successful parent volunteers will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group
for event updates and communication. If you have any concerns about sharing your
phone number with the WhatsApp group, please inform the PTA administrator.
3. Parent volunteers are expected to assist in various activity booths (PN only),
perform skits, and present interesting occupations to our children.
Parent volunteers are welcome to bring along any props, uniforms, tools,
books, pictures, or other items to engage our curious children and to
enhance the children’s understanding of the diverse roles within our community.
Please note that parent volunteers who will be presenting to the children
should prepare their own presentation materials.
4. All parent volunteers must complete the online certification at
https://www.csawa.re/C59E670 before the event.
The PTA / CB Victoria has the right to refuse participation for parents without
certification.
5. Please fill in all details carefully. The PTA reserves the right to place applicants on
the waiting list if any information is incorrect or misleading.
6. Selection Priorities
- To avoid scheduling conflicts with SAD activities and birthday celebrations in the
classrooms, the PTA will prioritise other parent volunteers who are not birthday
month parents.
Parents with scheduled birthday classroom visits will be placed on the waiting list
for volunteering. We recommend that you contact your class teachers in advance to
confirm your child's birthday celebration schedule before registering to volunteer.
- Priority will be given to parents who registered successfully as volunteers for the first
time.
- Parent volunteers who possess specific skills or expertise required for specific
SAD activities will be prioritised.
- To optimize the opportunities for parents to volunteer in SAD, the PTA will prioritise
the selection process based on the number of volunteering times. For instance,
parents who have a lower number(s) of volunteering time during the past SADs of
the current school year will be given priority.
In addition to our usual selection poicy as stated, parent volunteers willl also
be selected based on: their occupation, proposed activity ideas, overall fitness
with the event, and relevance to our theme "People in Our Community".
The PTA reserves the right to adjust the volunteer list to resolve scheduling
conflicts and ensure event success.
7. Online registration for this event requires you to provide contact details.
Completion of registration shall constitute as consent to disclose your contact details
for administration purpose.
8. In the event of any disputes, the PTA reserves the right to make the final decision.
