July 1, 2026 is the Financial Aid application deadline for the 2026-27 school year. Additional awards may be awarded after the July 1 deadline as long as funds remain available. Applying by July 1 greatly increases your chance of receiving a financial award.

Special Circumstances: An applicant's financial documentation does not always reflect his or her current situation. Please explain any special circumstances regarding your need for financial aid, providing as much detailed information as possible.

- Additional information or documentation may be requested if necessary.
- Tuition support is granted for upcoming (current) school year instruction. Students must re-apply every year.
- Tuition support is not available for summer lessons, classes, or camps.
- Except in rare circumstances approved by the Director, financial aid awards may not be used for long-term remote or online lessons, as we expect students and their families to be strong contributing members of our CSA community.
- Tuition support may be withdrawn from any student who does not maintain an exemplary record of attendance and strong effort, including regular home practice.
- Scholarship students are expected to contribute in positive, community-building ways at all CSA lessons, classes, and events.
- Scholarship families may be asked periodically to volunteer for CSA events.
- Scholarship students are not eligible for any additional CSA account discounts.
- Providing false or misleading information on any part of this application will disqualify the student from any current or future tuition support from the Community School of the Arts.
