    Acceptance into, and completion of, the CASBO CBO Business Executives Leadership (BEL) Program results in eligibility to take the CASBO CBO certification exam. Acceptances are considered on a rolling basis. Apply today!

    *Prior to the CASBO CBO Symposium, In person.  Registration for the CASBO CBO Symposium, November 19-20, 2026 is included in program tuition.

     Note: Travel and lodging for the CBO BEL onsite program dates are not included in program tuition.  

  • Accelerated CBO BEL 2026-27 Program

    To apply for the upcoming Accelerated CBO BEL program*, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

    Professional Experience:

    • 1-5 years as a titled CBO, or
    • New CBOs with significant school business experience, or
    • Director-level (or equivalent) position reporting to CBO/Superintendent/Cabinet-level with extensive financial and/or management experience

    Leadership and Potential:

    • Demonstrated leadership skills and potential for growth
    • Innovative thinking for problem-solving

    Commitment to Professional Development:

    • Continuous learning mindset
    • Engagement in the accelerated learning environment
