We kindly request that you submit a separate application for each of your children (campers).
Before you proceed with registration, please read the following important information

• LEAF Summer Camp 2026 is open to children who are currently enrolled in Pre-K through Grade 6 during the 2025–2026 school year.

• Camp hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Supervised drop-off is available from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and pick-up is available from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

• Full-time registration is $190 per week.

• Part-time registration is available for a minimumof 2 days per week at $45 per day.

• Campers will participate in profession-themed activities, Bible lessons, prayer, quiet time with Jesus, art, food, and STEAM workshops, sports, games, field trips, and Carnaval days.

• Friday includes participation in the Divine Liturgy.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing lunch, snacks, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any personal items required for the day.

• A completed registration form, emergency contact information, and all applicable medical, allergy, and medication information must be submitted before attendance.

• Field trips and some other activities may require additional consent forms, which will be provided before the activity.

• Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmation has been sent by the LEAF Team.

• Spaces are limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Although selecting all desired weeks in advance is highly recommended, you do have the option to choose the weeks that you are certain of at the moment and then submit another application later to add more weeks.

I, as the parent or guardian of the above-named child, shall not have any claim for compensation or damages of any kind as a result of my child participating in the LEAF Summer Camp. I provide consent for my child to be transported by bus, private vehicle, or walking to and from various locations for field trips, recesses, or other activities. I expressly waive any claim for damages of any kind for personal injury or other loss related to incidents, motor vehicle collisions, or illness against LEAF Camp staff and Counsellors in training, St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, its clergy, employees, volunteers, and representatives.I consent to my child participating in field trips and off-site activities organized by LEAF Camp, including visits to indoor and outdoor playgrounds, recreation facilities, parks, and other approved destinations.I understand that certain venues may require a participation waiver or acknowledgment of risk form. I authorize designated LEAF Camp representatives to sign such waivers on my behalf when required for my child's participation in a scheduled camp activity. I acknowledge that this authorization shall have the same effect as if I had personally signed the document.I understand that participation in field trips and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, transportation-related risks, and other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume these risks and acknowledge that LEAF Camp will take reasonable precautions to promote the safety and well-being of all participants.To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless LEAF Camp staff and Counsellors in training, St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, its clergy, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my child's participation in camp activities.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund: Cancel at least 2 weeks before camp week begins.
- 50% refund: Cancel 1 week before start.
- No refund: Cancellations less than 1 week before or missed days.
- Switching weeks is allowed if space is available (1 week notice required).
- Medical exception: With a doctor's note, a partial refund or credit may be granted at the director's discretion.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing via email: Leaf@stmarystmark.ca
