Please check the box for the time you wish to reserve the party area. If the time you requested is not available, you will be contacted and offered a different time

Your party date is not reserved until...
(1) you have received email confirmation from the pool manager that there are no scheduling conflicts, and
(2) the reservation fee is paid.

The party reservation fee reserves four (4) picnic tables near the clubhouse and three (3) hours of reserved time. Payment may be made by check or cash at the pool. We do not have the ability to accept credit cards at the pool. The following fees apply to parties. Please note that "guests" are all guests invited to the party, whether swimming or not.

• Up to 25 guests : $50.00
• 26 - 50 guests: $100.00
• Each additional non-member guest will be $4.00 each; (Guest passes may be used for non-members - 1 pass per guest; party attendees who are members of the pool are free).

Final total due for guests must be paid at the completion of the party. Payment may be made by check or cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit cards at the pool.

I have read and understand the Spotswood Swim Club Rules and Regulations. I understand that any violation of these rules could result in the immediate termination of the party.
