AITC Traveling Workshop Registration
Hop aboard and join Agriculture in the Classroom for a truly unique teacher professional development experience! On July 14, participants will travel to various agricultural operations in the Rockingham County area. Beginning at 9:00am at the Rockingham Extension office (located at 965 Pleasant Valley Road/Harrisonburg) participants will board a charter bus and travel to farms in the area including beef cattle, Mt. Crawford Creamery and Overlook Produce. A boxed lunch will be provided on the tour. The bus will return to the Extension office by 1:30pm. Space is very limited for this event, which filled quickly last year, if you are unable to attend please notify AITC (aitc@vafb.com) as soon as possible so that your spot on the bus may be filled by someone else.
