All vendor spaces are 10x10 and priced at $150. Electricity is available for an additional $10. Each 10x10 booth space is limited to one business/brand. Multiple businesses may not share a single booth space unless prior written approval is given by event management.

Vendor Badges -
Each vendor will be provided with 2 badges per 10x10 space. Any additional badges needed will be $5 each.
Vendor Agreement Notice- After submitting this form, you will receive an invoice to the email provided. Invoices must be paid within 7 days to secure your vendor spot. Unpaid invoices will result in forfeiture of your space. All vendor payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host. Vendors are required to decorate their booth in alignment with their assigned “land” theme. A minimum of 50% of your display must reflect the event theme to maintain an immersive experience. The event host reserves the right to request adjustments if requirements are not met.All vendors must be fully set up prior to the event start time. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to ensure variety and quality. After approval, an invoice and full event details (including setup instructions) will be sent to the email provided.
