入組標準 Entry	1. 參賽資格將根據參加者於 2025 年 1 月 1 日或之後在認可賽事中所取得的完成時間進行審核，名額有限 Entry is based on finishing times achieved in sanctioned races on or after Jan 1, 2025. Slots are limited. 2. 最終名額將按參加者提交之成績排序決定 Final group assignment will be determined by ranking the submitted results. 3. 不保證成功入組，未能入圍的參賽者將會自動轉入 10公里組。報名手續一經辦理，恕不設退款、轉換名額或更改姓名。Slots are not guaranteed. Unsuccessful applicants will be automatically transferred to the 10K Group. No refunds, entry transfers, or name changes will be permitted under any circumstances after registration.	1. 歡迎任何人士參加 Open to all participants 2. 毋需提交成績 No prior race record submission required 3. 名額有限，額滿即止 Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

報名費當中20元將資助藍宇宙海洋保育基金，用作舉辦恆常的*海洋*保育活動。
HK$20 of each entry will be donated to the Bling Bling Ocean Foundation to support regular “marine” conservation activities.

報名一經接納，報名費在任何情況下都不設退款安排 (包括重覆報名)

參賽者可獲得 ASICS 紀念T-恤乙件 (留意電郵通知領取安排)
不設預領，補領及代領，賽後將不會補發任何紀念品及獎品

An ASICS T-shirt will be given to each participant (refer the arrangement via email). All souvenirs and awards will only be distributed on designated days and will not be awarded before or after the race or awarded to other persons.

每位參賽者只可以購買一張車票，車票憑證將印於號碼布上，並需確定在比賽前領取號碼布。如未能賽前領取號碼布，參賽者將不能乘坐大會單程巴士及不能退款，巴士將準時開出，逾時不候。

Each runner may purchase ONE ticket only. The bus ticket voucher will be printed directly on the race bib, which must be collected before race day. Failure to collect the bib in advance will result in forfeiture of the shuttle bus service with no refund. All buses will depart strictly on schedule; latecomers will not be accommodated.

謹證明本人是自願參加比賽，並願意自行承擔所有責任。本人亦謹遵守比賽規則及決定。本人一旦因在往返比賽場地或比賽中受到任何財物損失、受傷或致死亡，主辦賽會、贊助商及其他有關合辦機構均無須付上任何責任。本人願意授權予大會及傳媒在無須經本人審查而可使用本人的肖像、姓名、聲線及個人資料作為活動及推廣之用。

I certify that I am physically fit and enough training. I understand that I am entering this race at my own risk and responsibility. I herewith expressly agree to abide by all rules and conditions of the Organizer. I hereby discharge the Organizer and any other individual or organization connected directly or indirectly with this race from any; responsibility in the event of injury, death or loss (including baggage) of properly incurred during, as consequence of or while traveling to or from the race. I grant permission and assign of rights, title and interest to the organizer to utilize my appearance, name, voice, bio-dare and likeness in connection with the event in any and all media throughout the Organizer would in perpetuity and agree to waive any right of inspection or approval associated thereto.

為避免比賽當日排隊等候， 號碼布(連車票) 及跑衣將於比賽前派發，預計領取資料如下 (以最終確認電郵資料為準)
To avoid long queues on race day, the race bib (with bus ticket printed and event T-shirt will be distributed prior to the race. Please refer to the collection details below (subject to the final confirmation email):

Participants who cannot collect their bib and T-shirt on the dates above may collect them on race day (Participants who purchased a bus ticket MUST collect their bib during the pre-race period specified above. No postal service will be provided for bus tickets)

警告 Warning

賽事於酷熱的夏季舉行，參賽者需要在賽前有足夠的訓練及休息，並留意個人的身體狀況，適時補充水份，如身體不適，請量力而為，切勿強行出賽。

The race takes place in extreme summer heat. Participants must be adequately trained and rested. Monitor your physical health and hydrate regularly. If you feel unwell, listen to your body—do not force yourself to race.
