Gamma Lambda Epsilon. inc 501(C)(3) and Gamma Lambda Omega. inc 501(C)(3) invite you to join us as a community partner for our Gamma Sunday Funday celebration a day of fun, games, and community connection for families across Virginia .This outdoor event brings together kids, adults, local businesses, and community organizations for an afternoon of activities, contests, giveaways, and good vibes. Vendors will have the opportunity to engage with the community, showcase their products, and be part of a positive, family‑focused experience.

Rules & Guidelines
- Vendor Conduct - Vendors must remain professional and respectful - No illegal, offensive, or inappropriate merchandise - No smoking or alcohol sales without city approval - No amplified music without approval
- Booth Rules - Vendors must keep booth within assigned space - No blocking walkways - Tents must be properly weighted - Vendors must provide their own setup equipment
- Trash & Cleanliness - Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean - All trash must be removed at end of event - Grease/oil dumping is prohibited
- Safety - Open flames must be disclosed - Fire lanes must remain clear - Generators must comply with park rules
- Weather Policy - Event is rain or shine unless canceled by organizer/city - Vendor fees are non-refundable unless specified
- Compliance - Vendors must comply with all City of Virginia Beach and park regulations - Failure to comply may result in removal without refund
- Vendor agrees to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and the City of Virginia Beach from any liability, injury, loss, theft, or damages arising from participation in the event.
Prohibited Items Vendors may NOT sell or distribute:
- -Alcohol
- -Tobacco/vape products
- -Drug-related items
- -Weapons
- -Explicit/inappropriate merchandise
- -Political campaign materials without approval

Nonprofit (Information Only) — $30 For nonprofit organizations providing information only with no sales conducted on‑site.

Nonprofit (Selling Merchandise) — $55 For nonprofit organizations selling approved merchandise during the event.

Retail / Merchandise Vendors — $75 For small businesses, boutiques, and independent sellers offering products or services.

Food & Beverage Vendors — $100 For vendors selling prepared food, drinks, snacks, or specialty beverages.

By submitting this application, submitting payment, and participating in Gamma Sunday Funday 2026, I acknowledge and agree that:

I have fully read, understood, and accepted all Vendor Terms & Conditions, Vendor Agreement, and Event Policies established by Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority, Inc. and Gamma Lambda Omega Fraternity, Inc.
I understand that my participation as a vendor is contingent upon compliance with all event rules, city regulations, safety requirements, and any additional instructions provided by event organizers.
I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
I agree that all information provided in this application is accurate and truthful.
I acknowledge that all vendor fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the event organizers.
I release and hold harmless Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority, Inc., Gamma Lambda Omega Fraternity, Inc., their officers, members, volunteers, partners, and the City of Virginia Beach from any liability related to injury, loss, theft, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
