Thank you for considering being part of the Ground Level Leadership Engine Training year.

Please complete this application form, as part of the application process we will be seeking a brief reference from your church leader (or connection leader if you are the current church leader). The reason for this is that we see the role of a local church mentor as core to the training year and so we want to ensure they are fully behind your application and will provide the support you require during the year.

We also ask that you outline how you are going to fund the course (whether your church are going to sponsor you or you are paying for it yourself). All payment plans (3 month) will be set up as 3 separate automatic payments.

Once this has been received and we have verified your application we will schedule your first payment.

If your church are sponsoring you to do the course and paying for a certain percentage please add these details below. All sponsorships will be checked with church leaders.

This years fee for the course is £595 per person which includes course fees, 2 in-person modules, 2 online modules and 2 residentials. Costs include catering and accommodation where applicable. A £25 reduction is available for those sharing a room at the launch weekend. Please tell us how you intend to pay for the course and if some of your fees are being covered by a sponsor.
