CANCELLATION POLICY/FINES

Food Trucks- There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel any of your approved dates.

Shopping Vendors- There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel any of your approved dates.

**PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR DATES YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. ANY CHANGES TO DATES ONCE APPROVED WILL COUNT AS A CANCELLATION.

NO SHOW: Vendors who do not show up, without communicating to the Market Manager will be fined $50.

Sales Reporting Compliance Policy

To ensure fairness and compliance with market guidelines, we will conduct routine sales reporting checks. Each week, 10 vendors will be randomly selected to submit a copy of their sales report for review.

Vendors selected for review will be notified and required to provide accurate and complete sales records for the specified market date(s) within the requested timeframe. Failure to submit the requested documentation or providing inaccurate information will result in complete removal from all events.

By submitting an application and participating in these events, vendors agree to comply with this policy and maintain proper sales records as required.
