Every itinerary is thoughtfully curated with your family’s travel goals, budget, and preferences in mind. Your planning fee includes a one-on-one consultation, destination research, personalized recommendations, and up to three custom vacation proposals designed exclusively for you.

Planning Fee Policy

At The Concierge Collective Co., every vacation is thoughtfully curated to fit your unique travel style, preferences, and budget.

After reviewing your inquiry, I will contact you (within 2-3 business days) to schedule a complimentary introductory call. During this call, we will discuss your travel goals, answer any initial questions, and review the planning process.

Before I begin researching and creating your personalized vacation proposals, a non-refundable planning fee is required. Payment options will be detailed in the introductory call or e-mail and is not required until after this phone call occurs.

Why do I charge a planning fee?

Every itinerary is personally researched and thoughtfully curated on your family's unique travel goals. This fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized service that goes into creating vacation options tailored specifically to you.
