If a spot does become available, based on BBYO’s IC 2027 Registration & Waitlist Policies, you will be notified and have the opportunity to register or decline your spot within 48 hours.

Please CAREFULLY review your waitlist submission for typos—any errors may invalidate your submission.

You must be a member of BBYO to sign up for International Convention. You can sign up for membership at bbyo.org/join. If you are not a member of BBYO, you will be removed from the IC waitlist.

Due to several factors, international teens who gain access to IC through the waitlist process:

Will arrive to Baltimore on Thursday, February 11 and be fully immersed as part of their region's delegation at IC but will not attend Global Ambassadors Week.
Will need to pay the cost of IC in full and will not be eligible for scholarship funds through BBYO. The cost of IC will be $1,524 USD, plus the price of the flight ticket.
Will need to arrange and purchase travel to and from Baltimore, Maryland in compliance with IC travel guidelines.

I understand that if I am offered a spot off the waitlist, I am NOT eligible for scholarship funds and CANNOT attend Global Ambassadors Week. I also understand that I am responsible for my own travel plans and will NOT be able to travel with my region's delegation.
