Participant Responsibility Acknowledgment Participants are responsible for transporting, setting up, monitoring, and removing their own artwork, products, displays, equipment, and personal belongings. I understand that participation may involve transporting and displaying my personal property at Fall Fest. I acknowledge that I am responsible for appropriately securing and supervising my items throughout the event. I acknowledge that CTC is not responsible for loss or damage to my artwork, products, displays, equipment, or other personal property resulting from transportation to or from the event or while participating in Fall Fest, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be waived.

Participation Expectations If selected, I agree to: Follow the setup and cleanup instructions provided by CTC. Maintain a safe and appropriate display area. Keep walkways and common areas clear. Supervise my display and belongings during the event. Remove all items and materials at the conclusion of Fall Fest. Only display or sell the items described in this application unless otherwise approved by CTC. Follow any additional CTC event guidelines provided before Fall Fest. I understand that submitting this form is a request for consideration and does not guarantee a space at Fall Fest.
