2026 Annual Awards Nomination Form

The highest and most distinguished honor given by the Chamber, the LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, is presented to an individual who has made a lasting contribution to our community by exhibiting leadership, providing inspiration to, and positively influencing others in the business community and our community at large. This award is intended to honor those who have a long-standing history of integrity and involvement, and are respected both professionally and within our community. Nominees should be current or retired Members of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce.

The BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENT AWARD is presented to an individual or business that best represents the organizational spirit and values that have led them to success, including integrity, positivity, humility, resilience, creativity, and generosity. This award is designed to recognize the positive impact and enduring contributions made through engagement, leadership, and advocacy within our business community, as well as ongoing support and commitment to the community at large. Nominees should be current members of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce.

The YOUNG PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD is presented to an individual, 40 years of age or younger, who demonstrates growing excellence, creativity, and initiative in their professional field. This award is intended to honor an individual who is actively engaged in the community beyond their professional role and demonstrates a strong commitment to good business practices, thereby serving as a role model for other young professionals both personally and professionally. Nominees should be a current Member of the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce

The TALI SUTTON GEM AWARD honors an individual who embodies the compassion, joy, and unwavering commitment to community that defined Tali’s life. This award recognizes someone who leads with kindness, embraces others with authenticity and inclusion, and creates meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact.Recipients are known for their servant-hearted leadership, positive spirit, and dedication to uplifting others. Like Tali, they bring people together through love, laughter, and genuine care, leaving every room—and every life they touch—a little brighter.The Tali Sutton Legacy Award celebrates those whose compassion, community impact, and unmistakable spark ensure that Tali’s legacy continues to shine.
