Please select the conference sessions combination you wish to attend, as well as dinner attendance, and the total fees will be calculated automatically.

Bioenergy Europe members enjoy a discount when registering through the use of a promotional code communicated via the association's newsletter; if you have not received it, please contact Francisco (lourencomatias@bioenergyeurope.org).

For speakers, media partners, policy makers and other collaborators, please ask your contact in Bioenergy Europe for a promotional code in order to benefit from free entry or the discount that may be applicable in your case.

Once you submit your registration, a pro forma invoice will be sent to your email address from Francisco Lourenco Matias (lourencomatias@bioenergyeurope.org) within 5 working days.

The pro forma invoice will contain Bioenergy Europe's bank account details.

Participation is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

Any transaction fees are to be paid by the participant.

By registering to this event, you agree to:

• include your organization name on the event's page under "participating companies / organizations".
• include your basic contact details (name, surname, organization name, job title) in the participants' list of this event.
• appear in pictures, video recoding and/or sound recording taken during the event that might be published by Bioenergy Europe and used for promotional / marketing purposes.
• the terms and conditions for this event, as published on Bioenergy Europe's website.
