Dear Parents,

Please note the followings:

1. The event is for PTA members only.

    Due to limited seats available, tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. The seminar is restricted to parents. No admission for children.

3. If you register successfully, you will receive an instant confirmation email, please bring this

    confirmation email for admission.

4. Once your registration is confirmed, please note that the seat is non-transferable.

5. If Typhoon Signal No. 8, "Extreme Weather Conditions" and/or Black Rainstorm Signal or above

    is hoisted two hours prior to the commencement of the event, the activity   will be postponed /

    cancelled, we will inform applicants as soon as we can.

6. If you have a fever or shows symptoms of cold/flu, please refrain from attending and inform the

    PTA.

7. Online registration requires you to provide contact details and completion of registration shall 

    constitute consent to disclosing your contact details to us for purposes of administration of

    this event.

8. Please note that photos will be taken during the PTA activity and may be posted on our

     website and/or newsletter. If you do not want your photos to be used for these purposes,

    please do not participate in the photo taking.

9. In the event of any disputes, the PTA reserves the right to make the final decision.

4. 報名一經確認，座席恕不轉讓，敬請垂注。

5. 如活動舉行前兩小時天文台仍然懸掛八號或以上颱風信號，「極端情況」，及 / 或黑色暴雨警告

    信號，活動將會延期/取消，本會將另行通知。

6. 如 閣下出現發燒、感冒或流感症狀，敬請勿出席，並請及時通知家長教師會。

7. 閣下提供的聯絡資料，即同意讓家長教師會使用有關資料作此活動行政之用。

8. 本會於活動中將拍攝活動照片/集體照片，日後或會刊登於本會的會員通訊內或網頁內，讓其他

    家長一同分享活動中的花絮。如此安排對閣下構成任何不便，請自行不參與本會的工作人員之

    任何拍攝程序。

9. 如有任何爭議，家長教師會保留最終決定權。
