Event Details: Welcome to Events by Sydney! Thank you for applying to participate in our event. Events by Sydney offers events in the center court and common areas of the Boise Towne Square Mall. The traffic flows around us.

Hours of Operation: Saturday 10:00AM - 8:00PM

Sunday 11:00PM - 6:00PM

Booth Size: We provide an eight-foot table and two chairs for each paid space. You will have eight feet of frontage. This means you will have eight feet of width, 6 feet depth (including depth of table), and 6 feet height maximum. These dimensions must be adhered to. Black tablecloths are mandatory. Branded tablecloths must be pre-approved.

Application Evaluation Criteria: Events by Sydney's staff will evaluate applications received. Applications are accepted or denied based on the following criteria: 1. Business Vendor’s product or services are suitably aligned to the event purpose, meet the expectations of event patrons, and meet mall vendor criteria. 2. Product or service popularity, uniqueness, and the level of competition within a singular product category. There is no exclusivity of vendors. The number of vendors allowed in one category is taken into consideration by Events by Sydney. 3. History of compliance with event rules, left early at previous event, did not actively operate their business (stayed at booth, engaged with customers), and federal, state, county, city, and Utah Health Department licensing and regulations. 4. History of Business Vendor conduct toward event patrons, fellow vendors, and event staff. 5. No unresolved debt to Events by Sydney, including but not limited to, outstanding balances due from prior events.
