Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach is pleased to announce the Fruma and Murray Berger Scholarship in Jewish Resistance During the Holocaust. This $2,500 annual scholarship is for an undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled at an accredited college or university whose original work contributes to the study of Jewish resistance during the Holocaust. Deadline to Apply: April 2, 2027. Notice of Award: May 2027. Professors are encouraged to give independent study credits to students who complete their research requirements and provide a submission. Required documents: scholarly essay, play, or novella; works cited page; personal statement (maximum 500 words); and statement of use of scholarship funds (maximum 500 words). All documents must be submitted as PDF. Incomplete applications will not be considered. AI-generated or AI-written submissions are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
