So far we have been focusing on the outside/materialistic/hard matter world.
Now, what is going on inside you? What are your personal dreams and goals? What kind of person do you want to be? Would you like to be calmer, more patient, quieter; or stronger, determined and focused; perhaps more loving, kind, understanding and forgiving? How about your confidence, self-esteem and self-respect? Does freedom, courage, generosity or honesty touch your heart in a way that makes you want to bring more of it into your life? Or would you mainly like to become more present in each moment, making your days more lively and wonderous again, and by your simple non-judgemental attention dissolving the negativity accumulated in your being?
Either way, all of us want to be more joyful and happy, which is why we do the things that we do; we all are trying to feel better. Remember though, no matter what dreams may come true on the outside (wonderful and healthy body, financial and work success, loving family and friends, or any other fulfilment), if we don't tend to our inside, we will always feel "not quite there".
By constantly keeping in mind and practising attributes such as patience, love, forgiveness, acceptance, honesty, wisdom, gratitude and positivity we will not only grow as a person, but also keep our health in a better condition (negative emotions block up, intoxicate and pollute our bodies, while peaceful emotions let the energy flow freely, letting the body restore itself to its natural healthy state).
So create and hold the vision of who you want to become in years to come, as this is the single most important part of the questionnaire - the one which will bring to you the most joy, peace and contentment.
