INSTRUCTIONS:
You may select up to 3 choices.

The courses you may choose from are:
T6416 Program Evaluation (only if you've already taken T6501)
T6501 Social Work Research
T6505 Intro to Statistics
T660A Human Behavior & the Social Environment I
T660B/C Human Behavior & the Social Environment II (only if you've already taken T660A)
T6801 Social Welfare Policy
T7330 Intro to Community Organizing

Please note: Cross-registration applies only to the courses listed, and is limited to one (1) CSSW class per term, and no more than six (6) credits total. If applying for more than one class, please assign each a priority (1 being the highest, 3 being the lowest, etc.), so that we may best attempt to accommodate you. All courses must be taken for a letter grade. Please review course and section schedules for availability, prior to making your selection(s).

Cross-registration cannot be guaranteed. If space is available in the requested course/section, and you meet any necessary pre-requisites, you will be registered by the Office of Student Services, and your registration will be confirmed via email. Once registered, the course will appear in your schedule via  Student Services Online (SSOL).

We review these requests after the semester has started to ensure CSSW students have priority and access to the courses. For classes that are near capacity, we may not be able to notify you until the second week of the semester.

The deadline to add or drop a course is the second Friday after the semester has started (for Fall and Spring semesters) or the first Friday after the semester has started (for the Summer semester.)
