Conditions:1. Session proposals must be submitted by the individual who will be presenting the session as the primary clinician. 2. All Alabama music educators who wish to serve as the primary clinician for the must be members of AMEA/NAfME when submitting a proposal. All Alabama music educators presenting in an accepted session for the must join AMEA/NAfME by November 1st, prior to the AMEA Professional Development Conference. Presenters residing in other states do not have to join AMEA. However, if more than one person is presenting for a proposed session, one presenter must be designated as the primary clinician for that group. 3. AMEA does not pay honoraria or expenses to its members. 4. Individual requests for particular times cannot be granted. Submission of a proposal assumes acceptance of the scheduled times. 5. If a session is accepted, the primary clinician will be responsible for informing all other participants of all the specifics relating to the session.
6. All presenters who are Alabama Music Educators must register for the conference. Out-of-state presenters receive complimentary conference registration.
