  • These private meeting room suites are located in the Exhibit Hall. The suites are available for use during the following times*: 
    Wednesday, March 3

     Thursday, March 4

    		 Friday, March 5
    7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
     
    *An official AAOS badge is required to access the Exhibit Hall and the Exhibitor Suites. Attendees only have access to the Exhibit Hall from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 3 and Thursday, March 4 and from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday, March 5.

    One (1) ID sign above the door with the company name and suite number
