HOW TO REQUEST PROP STORAGE:

To reserve prop storage space, please fill out this PROP STORAGE REQUEST FORM.

Prop storage requests are accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis - space permitting. Requests must be approved prior to leaving props and can only be approved by the Artistic Director (Stephen Stout), PIT General Manager or LOFT General Manager.

Approved props storage will be assigned a location in the storage room and provided with a signed label for a storage bin to be provided by the Producer. Storage bins must be sealed and labeled with a PIT provided label and can be up to an 18 gallon storage bin. Any props left outside the assigned storage bin, assigned area, without approval or proper labeling may be moved or relocated to the Lost & Found.

*Requests for additional storage space, under riser storage, or other special requests must receive written consent from the Artistic Director or General Manager.
