PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major Credit Cards. We offer cash discounts for services paid in full with cash.
LATE POLICY
There is a 5 minute grace period for appointments under 2 hours and a 15 minute grace period for appointments over 2 hours. Late arrivals may not be able to be accomodated and may need to be rescheduled. ELECTROLYSIS: Late arrivals will be worked on for the remainder of the time left and will be charged the full fee for the time scheduled.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required upon booking a service. This deposit goes towards your service and includes a $50 non-refundable booking fee. The remainder of the deposit is refundable with 72 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. If there is a cancellation with less than a 72 hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
BOOKING FEE
All initial cosmetic tattoo procedures require a $50 non-refundable booking fee which is paid as part of the deposit.
GUESTS
Due to the limited size of our studio, we are unable to accommodate extra guests. Please include in the notes if you need special accommodations (elderly assistance, translator etc.)
