  • All consultations are conducted by our booking consultant, Erica. Procedures will be scheduled with the designated artist/technician: Paula (Brows/Eyeliner), Erica (Lip Blush) or Carmen (Electrolysis/Skin Tag Removal).

  • General

  • Women who are pregnant must schedule their appointment after their due date. Women who are breastfeeding are advised to wait to get the Microblading procedure until after they stop breastfeeding for best results.


  • On the day of your appointment, please remind your Artist of your allergy!

  • Please allow 3-4 weeks between any of the above treatments and brow treatments.




  • Excessive bleeding is one of the biggest obstacles during. If you are on any blood thinners, it is recommended that you speak with your doctor about briefly pausing your medication prior to your appointment.



  • Not all previous work may be correctable. Some corrections may need removal before scheduling a brow treatment. Touchups pricing only applies to work initially performed at Runway Brows. Correcting brows done by another artist is considered a New Service.

  • Brows

  • Moles cannot be directly covered with Permanent Makeup and any moles inside an eyebrow will be avoided.


  • Photos are required to submit this form. PLEASE TAKE A NEW PHOTO FOLLOWING THESE PHOTO GUIDELINES PRECISELY. 


    Brow Photo Guidelines

    • Close-Up: Your face, from your chin to the top of your head, should take up the entire picture frame. You should be holding the camera about 6 inches from your face. 
    • Full Face: Make sure your chin up to the top of your head is included. 
    • Straight-Forward: I should be able to see both brows equally. (Both ears should be equality visible as well)
    • Good lighting: Ensure there is good and equal lighting across your face. Face your light source so that no part of your face is in shadow. 
    • No make on on brows/eyes/lips.
    • No photo filters.
    • Remove glasses.
    • Make sure your hair is out of your face and doesn't cover your brow area.
    • Please use photo below as an example!

      If you purchase a sketch and the photo does not comply with guidlines, we will reach out to request a new photo.

You will be given the option to chose to come In Person or do a consultation over the phone. If you chose an In Person Consultation, you will be given the option to do a 15 minute session directly after your consultation.

  • Eyeliner Candidate Requirements

    You may not be a suitable candidate for Eyeliner procedure if you have the following conditions:

    • Excess/drooping skin on the eyelids
    • Visibly veiny eyelids
    • Previous eyeliner
    • Medicated eyedrops
    • Sensitive eyes

  • IMPORTANT: Please select a date and time on the following page. A credit card is required to schedule a consultation to protect against no-shows and last minute cancellations. A deposit will only be charged with your consent at the time of booking a procedure.

    Children are not permitted at the studio. Your appointment will be rescheduled and is subject to our deposit policy/rescheduling fee. 


    PAYMENT

    We accept cash and all major Credit Cards. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all card payments.

    LATE POLICY

    There is a 5 minute grace period for appointments under 2 hours and a 15 minute grace period for appointments over 2 hours. Late arrivals may not be able to be accomodated and may need to be rescheduled. ELECTROLYSIS: Late arrivals will be worked on for the remainder of the time left and will be charged the full fee for the time scheduled.

    DEPOSIT POLICY 

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking a service. This deposit goes towards your service and includes a $50 non-refundable booking fee. The remainder of the deposit is refundable with 72 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. If there is a cancellation with less than a 72 hour notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

    BOOKING FEE

    All initial cosmetic tattoo procedures require a $50 non-refundable booking fee which is paid as part of the deposit.
