Per guidelines, the standard gifts and giveaways procured regionally are used exclusively for customer events. We understand that in some cases, some functional teams and market units would like to order standard gifts for their own use and distribution, as long as within the bounds of our ethics guidelines on giving gifts.
This gift ordering system aims to consolidate all add-on orders from market units and functional teams, on top of the usual event gifts centrally managed by Asia marketing. This is to take advantage of bulk quantity orders which hopefully will further economize our costs on gifts. We suggest that you forecast your need for gifts for the next six months or so to efficiently manage this process.

IMPORTANT:
- This gift ordering form is for gifts to be used by MU staff and functional teams for general sales activities, internal events, and customer visits. This is NOT for event gift allocation.
- All orders must come with the corresponding cost center and necessary approvals.
- For logistics management purposes, ordering dates will be twice a year:
- First Batch: Order on or before August 4, Friday
- Second Batch: Order on or before November 9, 2017, Thursday
- Due to the varying required quantities, the estimate prices may differ. Delivery dates will also vary.
- Upon receipt of order, a marketing staff will be in touch for coordination.
- All items are quoted in US dollars.
