Please note:
Priority deadline for submission of application for new students is February 15. Priority deadline for submission of application for all other students is April 15. Late application submission may significantly delay processing and receipt of funds. You will be notified by email when your application has been successfully submitted. However, please note that it may take up to five business days for your application to be downloaded and processed by the Financial Aid Office.
Instructions: Complete this application in its entirety; do not leave questions blank unless instructed to do so. If the answer to a question is zero, please enter a single zero (0). For all dollar amounts, enter only whole numbers (round up decimals) and only numeric values (no commas).
You will need to complete the entire application and submit it without closing your web browser. If you exit the form, you will need to start a new form when you come back into the system.
Student Section
You must complete the FAFSA before completing this application. The FAFSA can be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
If you cannot check any of the status boxes above, you are not an independent student for purposes of financial aid, and you must change your answer to Dependent Undergraduate before proceeding with the application.

If the sibling already has his/her high school diploma or GED, or will have received it by the end of the 2015-2016 school year, please indicate if that sibling will be attending college or graduate school at least half-time during the 2016-2017 school year. Please do not include the student applicant listed at the top of this form. Please list the siblings in order from oldest to youngest. If there are more than five siblings in the family, please list the five oldest siblings.

Comments and Explanations: If you have special circumstances that you feel need further explanation, please email, fax or mail to the Wheaton College Financial Aid Office any information you feel would be helpful. Please be sure to include the student applicant's name and ID number on any correspondence. The financial aid counselor will review your correspondence and contact you if necessary.
Student Certification
I understand that I am ultimately responsible for my financial aid, and all relevant correspondence from the Financial Aid Office will be directed to me. While I am on campus, this correspondence will be sent directly to my campus email address. It is my responsibility to ensure all requirements are met in order for financial aid to be awarded, processed, and paid to my account. If information is requested from the Financial Aid Office that I cannot provide (copies of parent tax documents, etc.), it is my responsibility to arrange for these requirements to be met. When I accept my financial aid award, I give permission for information to be sent to the donor(s) who have provided grant funds, if applicable, and/or to those Wheaton College departments requiring information for administration of financial aid. I understand that this information may include, but is not limited to, such things as my name, my major, my year in school, my GPA, and the amount(s) awarded to me.
