Recommender Contact Information
List the names of the people who have agreed to write you an evaluation to be used for medical school application. It is your responsibility to obtain the consent of these recommenders before listing their names. Please note that HPA will make the official request for the letters. It is always a good idea to supply these recommenders with information on your interests, experiences, and achievements.
Allow several weeks for the recommenders to prepare your evaluation. Like you, we are all very busy, and may already have a number of recommendations to write ahead of yours. A minimum time frame might be two weeks. Four to six weeks is better.
After you turn in the list of names below, Ms. Kelso will send your recommenders a form to use in their evaluation. After getting the letters back from your evaluators, HPA will assemble them into a composite letter for GW.
Please include the correct title, phone number, address, and email of off-campus individuals. If an MD or DO, please provide their assistant’s name and contact information as well.
