Kangatraining is the award winning baby-wearing workout! We exercise in a safe and supported environment while keeping our babies close in approved ergonomic baby carriers. Designed for the postnatal period, we focus on safely restrengthening the core and pelvic floor. Babies are often lulled off to sleep during class and mums have a great time getting fit and meeting each other! Toddlers are welcome. Manducas carry up to 20kg. Minimum 6 weeks postpartum (12 weeks for caesarean section births), with clearance from a health professional.
