  • Welcome to beta version 0.1 of our RMA Request form for repair of MOBOTIX cameras and accessories.

    On the following pages we will ask you to fill in the information about your camera, what is wrong, possibly offer recommendations for further testing or request further information in order to process your repair request.

    For this first beta you can only enter a request for one camera or item.  Once we get your feedback on this and tweek it we will offer you the chance to enter multiple cameras in the second beta.

  • If you received a new camera that was damaged during shipment from your distributor please reach out to them.

    If you received a new camera that was damaged during shipment from the MOBOTIX office in New York, MOBOTIX headquarters in Germany, or our warehouse in South Carolina (the return address on the shipping label will say Expeditors in Charleston, SC), then please click the "Damaged in shipping" button. 

    If you came to this page accidentally and need an RMA for a malfuntioning camera or accessory that was not damaged during shipment then click the "Malfunctioning item" button.
