    Waterhackweek 2019 (https://waterhackweek.github.io) will happen March 25 - 29 2019 at the University of Washington, Seattle. We ask you to fill out the form below to be considered to attend Waterhackweek *before November 26, 2018*. Successful applicants will pay a $100 registration fee and are expected to cover lodging and travel expenses. Financial support may be available based on need.

    • A limited number of fee waivers and travel grants will be available. We encourage students with financial need and students from groups that are underrepresented in water science and data science to apply for these grants.

      To be considered for these grants, you will need to check "yes", AND ALSO ask your supervisor (research advisor, or similar) to send an email to fwi@uw.edu, providing a letter of support detailing the need for financial support (e.g., that no local resources exist to support the applicant's participation). These letters will need to be provided within one week after notification of acceptance.
