    3. All students must be present at the time of pick-up, with a valid Husky Card, to receive the discount.

    4. A credit card is required for a security deposit

    5. All persons using the equipment must sign the waiver.

  • What Happens from Here?

    • Upon submission, you will be redirected to our waiver. 
    • Staff review forms during business hours Monday-Friday. 
    • Once it is determined that your requested equipment is available we will contact you via email or by phone.
    • If you have submitted a request more than 7-days in advance please be patient as we prioritize responses to those that need equipment immediately. 
    • A waiver must be completed by each person in your party prior to pick up.
