Winner Aviation Excellence Award is our version of "Employee of the Month". This program allows Managers to recognize another Team Member who went above and beyond their job description and daily responsibilities. Nominations are collected each month,and if the nomination meets the qualifications and requirements outlined below,they're considered for the monthly Featured Spotlight!Qualified submissions for Winner Aviation Excellence Award are reviewed and voted on by the Directors each month. Nominees may be featured in a monthly announcement along with the chosen Feature Spotlight.In addition to the monthly announcement, Feature Spotlight(s) will receive a $100 bonus in their paycheck!
