We are looking for smart, positive, and hardworking individuals with a love for dance to join our dynamic team! We are a very busy dance studio looking for candidates with flexible schedules (including weekends, and evenings).
POSITION: FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR
STATUS: PART TIME (4 shifts average a week)
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to clients
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
Sell all services and retail products while promoting class packages and upcoming events
Schedule reservations, and bookings
Greeting and checking clients in for classes
Open and close tills
Work as a cohesive team with all City Dance Corps staff members and instructors
Maintain product knowledge for all products and class packages
Ensure the cleanliness of the studio at all times
Maintain professional, appearance, atmosphere and culture
Experience working with Mindbody Software is a bonus
Skills:
Outstanding customer service experience and problem solving skills
The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
The ability to self direct and work without supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities
Can-do attitude
Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
Superior organizational skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to identify problems and develop solutions
Huge plus if you have Mind Body Online experience
The flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule. Flexibility is key.
Must be able to accommodate schedule changes. 3-4 shifts per week average.
MUST HAVE WEEKEND, EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY.
