Wedding Service Agreement and Policies
Love My Do's obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the sylist as a result of sickness, accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the stylist control. In the event that such should occur, Love My Do Salon will issue a full refund of proposed services rendered. Love My Do is acting as a non-exclusive independent contractor for the client.
By signing this contract, client removes Love My Do from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to client and/or bridesmaid or any other party member, due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services and that services as commissioned at your own risk.
1.Bookings: To secure a date, a signed contract is required within 3 months of the wedding, in addition to a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. Changes will not be allowed after the contract agreement has been signed and deposit is paid. If any changes are made, such as downsizing of the bridal party, we will be responsible for the total charge amount that was agreed upon. If you need to add additional ladies or location change, please make sure you contact Love My Do via email, phone, or text at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Cancellation: You may cancel the contract no later than 30 days prior to wedding date. If a contract is cancelled after 30 days, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Please be advised, your date will only be reserved with a signed contract and deposit are received.
2.Contracted Services: Because Love My Do reserves the date and time, books assistant(s) if necessary, and does not accept any other clients for the specified date and time, after the contract signing and initial payment, Client may not reduce the number of services booked.
3.Booking Times: Contract Summary above will contain a start time and end time initialed and approved by client. Each hair style requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any extra services, such as, weave installments or add ins, be sure to book those services 2 weeks before or the week of the wedding. All persons involved in hair appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order not to void the contract. The bridal party must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).
4.Unsanitary, infectious or unsafe conditions: We reserve the right to refuse services if unsanitary conditions exist and/or contagious infections are present. Client understands and acknowledges that Love My Do will NOT provide services where any contagious infections such as pink eye (conjunctivitis) or cold sores/fever blisters are present and there shall be no refund of any retainer paid. Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse of the Love My Do staff by any person at the event and shall be grounds for Love My Do to cease services immediately. Client acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a refund for any work already performed.
5.Bridal Party: There must be a miminum of 3 people in the bridal party (including bride), and a maximum of 10 to reserve your wedding day.
6.Delays: A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time or if scheduled hair style exceeds allotted time because of client delays. Final Contract Summary will state the times late fees begin. Any late fees assessed will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event.
7.Double Booking Clause: Due to potential scheduling conflicts, if any person is not available for an appointed booking time, then his or her spot/appointment may be cancelled (at the sole discretion of Love My Do) and all monies will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
8.Exclusivity Clause: The client hereby grants Love My Do subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the sole and exclusive right to provide all hair style services agreed to herein during the term of this agreement. This includes being the exclusive hair stylist and/or team hired on the day specified in this contract. Any outside Hair Stylist/Beauty Salon hired by the client (or anyone in the client's party on-site), must be communicated prior to the signing of this agreement and be located in a separate location from Love My Do on day of event. If another Hair Sylist/Beauty Salon is providing hair services on the day specified in this contract, the client will be subject to a breach in exclusivity fee of no less than $150.00.
9.Satisfaction Guaranteed: Hair styles will be completed to each client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted hair style time. Ample time is given for each hair style upon booking. Acceptance of hair style by client is acknowledgment by client that their hair style was done to her/his satisfaction.
10.Service Location and Requirements: Location of service for the day- of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements Love my Do needs to complete the hair styles. Working electrical outlets must be made available for use by the Love My Do. A table/work area as well as ample lighting, whether by means of natural or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly. A barstool height chair may be requested.
11.Parking Fees: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred; the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event.
12.Travel Fee: The amount will be determined based on the service location. A mileage fee of $0.99 per mile will be charged for locations starting from Love My Do, 316 St Christopher Ave, Suite 501, Gonzales, LA 70737 (Located in Bronier Luxury Salon & Spa Suites).
OUT OF STATE: Airfare and Accommodations: All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes. In addition, a fee of $100 is required for traveling.
13.Liability: All hair styling products are kept sanitary and are sanitized. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to Love My Do prior to styling. Client(s) agree to release Love My Do, its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin/scalp complications due to allergic reactions.
14.Payment: The final balance is due 14 days before the event as one payment - no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire balance is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, money order, check, debit card, or major credit card.
15.Use of Image: Love My Do may use pictures of work on our website - and/or in any brochure , flyer, or other advertising it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Love My Do and any and all of its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release the name and contact information of professional photographers and/ or videographers used for recording any event for which Love My Do has been contracted for hair styling services. Client(s) agree to release to Love My Do use of said photographer/videographer photographs and recordings. This signed agreement serves as a release to client(s), photographer/videographer and authorizes them to release to Love My Do and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs/recordings to use on any promotional materials Love My Do deems necessary.
16.Severability: If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any of the law(s) of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
