I further release AdvenTours By Ava LLC, its owners, subsidiaries, employees, agents & assigns and World In a Weekend MeetUp, its organizers, agents or assigns, from any and all legal liability whatsoever for any injury, harm or failure to perform on the part of any third party provider, or due to weather, pandemic, riot, acts of God or any other reason, foreseeable or unforeseeable.DISABILITY/ACTIVITY WAIVER: I understand that some tours may not be disability accessible and warrant that my physical condition will allow me to participate fully in any/all tour components and/or understand that no refund or rebate will be available for any included tour component in which I cannot participate, or choose not to participate.CONTACT INFORMATION: I understand that for purposes of communication while in travel status, AdvenTours By Ava LLC or World In A Weekend MeetUp may create a group text and/or email and my contact information may be shared with other travelers in that specific itinerary for this purpose. I AGREE NOT TO USE OTHER TRAVELER CONTACT INFORMATION for any other purpose, including business or personal solicitation, or for any purpose other than exchange of trip-specific communication. I further agree to civil communication within any travel group forum and acknowledge I may be immediately removed, without refund or recourse, from the group contact forum and/or travel group for bullying, proselytizing, sales, offensive and/or consistently negative and/or off-topic posts.CODE OF CONDUCT: AdvenTours By Ava LLC and World In A Weekend MeetUp take pride in representing the best of US values and will not tolerate bullying, rude, crass, vulgar, demeaning, insulting, cheating, stealing, oppositional, harassing and/or otherwise egregious or persistent unacceptable behavior during any tour or activity organized by either entity. I understand that "unacceptable behavior" and "egregious or persistent" violations will be defined within the Group Leader(s)' sole discretion, and I may be asked to leave a trip or function immediately, at my own expense, without refund or recourse.PHOTO RELEASE: I understand that AdvenTours By Ava LLC and/or World In a Weekend MeetUp may take photos and/or video footage during any activity or tour and for participant convenience, may offer/maintain a site for upload of participant photographs. I understand that these photos or videos may be used for purposes of promoting either entity in print, social media, and or other advertising. While Group Organizers will use best efforts to honor my wishes, I understand that it will be ultimately my responsibility to abstain from group photographs, decline individual photographs, and refrain from posting my likeness to any such group site, if I do not wish to allow AdvenTours By Ava LLC or World In a Weekend MeetUp to use my likeness without compensation or attribution. My appearance in a group photograph and/or my posting of photographs to a common group repository will constitute permission to use my likeness in that photograph for any legal purpose.INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/WAIVER: I acknowledge that I have been informed of the importance of travel insurance and advised to seek coverage with the supplier of my choice at http://www.insuremytrip.com or http://www.squaremouth.com within three (3-7) days of initial deposit, especially if I wish to cover pre-existing conditions and/or select "cancel for any reason" coverage. I hereby release AdvenTours By Ava LLC, its agents, employees, affiliates and/or assigns of any responsibility or liability whatsoever for my failure or inability to seek and obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage for any AdvenTour with Ava or World In A Weekend MeetUp.REFUND/CANCELLATION: I acknowledge that all deposits made on any AdvenTours By Ava LLC or World In A Weekend MeetUp serviced by AdvenTours By Ava LLC, its agents, employees or assigns are strictly and wholly NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Additional and balance payments made on an AdvenTour By Ava itinerary are similarly NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, unless otherwise noted in the specific AdvenTour description on the AdvenTours By Ava public website: http://www.adventoursbyava.com.
