MEDICAL - If the primary member becomes physically unable to use a substantial portion of the health club services for 30 or more consecutive days and is under the medical care of a doctor, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, you may request to freeze your membership. Medical freezes have no freeze fees.
ELECTIVE - Due to COVID-19, American Family Fitness is offering its members the option to freeze for the month(s) of January, Feburary and/or March. Elective freezes have freeze fees. Memberships with 0-23 month old (per the DOB in our membership software), the fee will be waived.
Both freeze options add the freeze time to the end of all agreements to both membership and personal training services including but not limited to sub-members personal training agreements. A new obligation date will be assigned to the contract(s) under the membership, equal to month(s) the membership was on freeze. Added time is considered under contract.
There are no partial memberships freezes. The entire membership will be placed on freeze.
All freezes are considered inactive memberships. Inactive memberships will have no access to use any services of (at) American Family Fitness. Memberships are frozen in month increments from membership bill date to membership bill date.
Scheduled Maintenance Fee will NOT be suspended and will bill as scheduled.
