Robert C. Andersen Scholarship

2026-2027 Academic Year

At UNL, the NCCEF will award one $3,500 scholarship in honor of Robert C. Andersen.

Students must meet all the criteria below to be eligible for the scholarship.

Ineligible, incomplete, and late applications will not be considered.

Application Deadline for 2026-2027 is April 15, 2026.

Criteria

Must be a sophomore, junior or senior in CASNR majoring in Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics.
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must be child of parent/legal guardian who is an active agricultural producer and active voting member/stockholder of one or more of the Nebraska Cooperative Council’s active cooperative members.
Must have the present intent to return to work in agribusiness or farming in the state of Nebraska following graduation.

Recipients are selected by a CASNR Scholarship Committee.

Once chosen, NCC will verify co-op membership before announcing recipients.

Your application information may be provided to the University of Nebraska Foundation or Donor in order to aid in choosing a recipient, invite you to attend a scholarship meeting/luncheon with the donors of your scholarship or provide more information or promote on your award in their publications. Scholarships may be changed or discontinued by the donor at any time.
