ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I am aware that once given access to the online testing system, I will have 60 days to pass the exam; all exams are timed.
I am aware that I am responsible for submitting the appropriate PDCs during my certification cycle to be eligible for renewal.
I have read and understand all of my obligations, duties, and responsibilities outlined in the Certification Holder Policies and Guidelines. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review and understand future amendments and modifications.
I am aware that Lunarline maintains and has the right to publish a registry of Certificants and will make public, upon request, whether an individual holds a current, valid certification and the scope of that certification.
I will maintain confidentiality of CE examination questions and content. Furthermore, I agree not to discuss, debrief or disclose, in any manner, the specific content of CE examination questions and answers, to any individual.
CODE OF ETHICS
The Cyber Certified Experts (CCE) Program’s Code of Ethics is designed to represent a commitment to our cyber industry and to each other, a group of unique cyber security professionals with skills and desire to serve in protecting cyberspace and a higher posture of professionalism. To achieve this goal, the following Code of Ethics is required as a prerequisite for continued affiliation with the CCE Program.
By continuing, I understand and agree to:

Perform all professional activities and duties in accordance with all applicable laws and the highest ethical principles;

Promote generally accepted information security current best practices and standards;

Maintain appropriate confidentiality of proprietary or otherwise sensitive information encountered in the course of professional activities;

Discharge professional responsibilities with diligence and honesty;

Refrain from any activities which might constitute a conflict of interest or otherwise damage the reputation of or is detrimental to employers, the information security profession, or the CCE Program; and

Not intentionally injure or impugn the professional reputation or practice of colleagues, clients, or employers.
