Bundling is perfect if you know you will want more than just one stand-alone session within a year! Buy two (or more) sessions and save 20% off your total!

ALL SESSIONS/ BUNDLES:

• Session Duration: INCLUDES the time needed for location and wardrobe changes. Please keep this in mind as you select your session. If additional time is needed, it can be purchased in 30-minute increments for $50.
  
• Travel: If the client selects a location outside of Saline County, Arkansas, it will incur travel fees.
  
• Gallery Info: Edited images are delivered in a private, downloadable online gallery within 3 weeks of the session date. All sessions include a print release, and the photographer retains copyrights. 
• Rush Orders: are available for an additional $50 (+ tax), by request.
  A rush order garantees delivery of gallery within 5 days.
• Deluxe and Standard Sessions: include all of the best images with no maximum cut-off number. Garanteed image delivery is as follows: 
  *Deluxe Sessions - 40 images
  *Standard Sessions - 30 images
• Petite Sessions: 15 images only with the option to utilize a proofing gallery to select favorites. (The proofing gallery includes watermarked, unedited images and they are not available for download. If additional images are desired after viewing the proofing gallery, they will be $10 each (+ tax) and a new invoice will be sent out prior to delivery of additional images.)
• Retainer Fees are non-refundable and required to book your session or bundle. If a client cancels their session, this fee will not be returned, but it can be transferred once to a future booking. If a client cancels twice then a new retainer fee will be required for future bookings. (Reschedules due to weather, illness, or emergencies are NOT considered "cancels.")

• Bundle Session Pricing Breakdown:  
  • Belly to Baby Bundle - Due at each session -$170 (+ tax) x2 
  • Two Seasons Bundle  - Due at each session - $150 (+ tax) x2
  • Four Seasons Bundle - Due at each session - $115 (+ tax) x4
• Gallery Delivery: Sessions will not be delivered until payment has been received in full. Galleries are available for one month to view and download after receiving the email (excluding proofing galleries). To re-open the gallery past this date will result in a $25 (+ tax) reactivation fee.
• Prints and Canvases that are beautifully and professionally printed are available for an additional fee. Reach out for more information.
• Locking in Your Rate: Pricing and/ or policies are subject to change without notice. Submitting this contract and paying the retainer fee locks in the rate and policy listed currently.

 

EVENTS - $300 (+ tax)

• Event photography is for parties, showers, reunions, banquets, etc.
• 2 hours is covered with additional time pro-rated at $50 per 30 minutes
• 50+ edited images with print release
• Images delivered in private, downloadable online gallery with 2-week turnaround for images
• Locations outside of Saline County, Arkansas, incur travel fees.
• Non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is due at booking to secure your appointment, remaining balance due at event
• Pricing and/ or Policies are subject to change without notice. Submitting this contract locks in your rate and policy.

WEDDINGS

Wedding collections range from $900 - $1500 and require a 50% retainer with the remaining balance due one month prior to the wedding date. Clients who pay in full at the time of booking will recieve an additional 10% discount. A separate questionnaire will be sent to clients regarding the wedding details. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES

 * I agree to pay my retainer fee in order to secure my session. I understand that it is due upon completing this online contract. If I cancel my session, my retainer will not be returned, but can be applied to a new date one time.

* I agree to pay the balance due the day of my session. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee and all payments will be required in either cash or card thereafter. No images will be edited until payment has been received in full.

* If the weather does not permit for a scheduled outdoor session, I understand that Lindsay Terry will notify me and my session will be rescheduled.

* I will take extra care to keep myself and my family safe while at the session.  In the unlikely event of an accident while at the session, I will not hold Lindsay Terry nor Divinely Inspired Photography, LLC. accountable for any injuries sustained.

*I will download my gallery by the expiration date. To have a gallery restored after it has expired will result in a $25 reactivation fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Divinely Inspired Photography accepts payment in cash, major credit and debit cards, Cash App ($LindsayTerry4DIP), Venmo (@Lindsay-Terry-DIP), and personal checks. **PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO LINDSAY TERRY.**

TEENS, ADULTS

*Solids photograph best but prints/ patterns are good, too! If you wear a busy top, keep it simple on bottom and vice versa! We want you (and not your outfit) to be the focal point. :)
*Layers (jackets, sweaters, kimonos, etc.)
*Wear smart shoes that match your outfit!
*Accesorize! 
*For ladies, you can change your hairstyle in-between outfits for more variation.
*Bring anything that is significant to you (senior ring, sports equipment, dance gear, etc).

 

 

COUPLES

*Coordinate with each other by wearing complimentary colors. 
*For classic images, I encourage a dress for the gals and an ironed button-up shirt or polo for the guys with jeans or khakis. 
*Dress like it's a date night!
*Wear smart shoes that match!
*Bring any trinket that is significant to your relationship that you would like captured.

 

 

FAMILIES

*Make sure Momma's outift is something she feels confident in. In fact, I encourage moms pick THEIR outift first and coordinate everyone to them. Mixing 2-4 colors is a good rule of thumb. Choosing one nuetral as a base is a good idea, as well: white, black, tan, or blue.
*Everyone does not have to wear the exact same thing to look well put together.
*Wear smart shoes that match!

 

 

MATERNITY

*Recommended between 30th and 35th week of pregnancy
*Moms: Wear form-fitting outifts to show off your bump! Dresses are some of my favorites!
*Dads/ Siblings: Coordinate with Mom!
*Bring things you've purchased for baby to include in the images.
*Wear smart shoes that match.

 

 

NEWBORNS

*Recommended within baby's first 10 days
*Babies look wonderful just wrapped up in a cozy blanket and they LOVE warmth. Bring any special blanket they have.
*2 or 3 favorite newborn outfits
*Headbands/ bonnets for girls, hats/ bonnets for boys
*A diaper cover-up for some images with just a diaper on.
*If parents/ siblings are included in the shoot, I encourage simple outifts for everyone else to not distract from the baby.
*If your baby likes to use a paci, please bring one that is neutral or matches their outfit.

BABIES, TODDLERS, YOUNG KIDS

*Fun Accesories: favorite stuffed animals, headbands, necklaces, sunglasses, jackets, caps, etc...
*Dresses are always sweet on girls.

*Coordinate colors for siblings!
*Wear smart shoes that match!
*Snacks may help encourage little ones to cooperate!
*Wipes to help keep little ones' faces clean.
*If your little one likes to use a paci, please bring one that is neutral or matches their outfit.
