All vendors must sign and agree to following rules in order to participate:
1. Each vendor will pay $50 for their 8x10 space. Refunds will not be given. The deadline is October 27th.
2. One 6' table and two chairs will be provided for you.
3. Products such as alcohol, drugs, or items of sexual nature is not permitted to be sold.
4. All vendors are responsible for cleanup and trash removal.
5. Only one vendor per company type will be accepted. Spots are competitive and are chosen on a first come first serve basis.
6. If for some reason you register for the event and are not able to make it, you must give us at least a 24 hour notice. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from all future events.
7. The event starts at 9am EST. and ends at 4pm EST. Vendors may begin setting up at 6:30 am EST. Early set up is not permitted. The doors will remain locked until 6:30am.
8. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
9. Disrespect towards event staff, another vendor, or customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event in response to such behavior.
10. All booth spaces will be located inside the building except food/truck vendors or requested otherwise. If you prefer an outdoor space, please let us know in the Description of product/display section.
11. Food vendors must meet all applicable health department requirements.
