Thank you for your interest in one of our rescue dogs! FDR is committed to finding homes that best fit our rescue dog’s needs. This means some dogs may have specific requirements (i.e. fenced in yard, no small children, no other pets, etc.) Please be aware of your place of residence’s breed/weight restrictions before filling out this application. FDR has the right to deny any application for any reason.

Finding the Dog That Best Fits Your Home
Are you aware that adopting a dog is a 12+ year commitment?
