    Terms of Agreement

    I would like to thank you for your support of Fauxrox Productions, LLC; your company will be a significant part of our growth and expansion. Please review the following terms and conditions, if you accept please secure your vendor and/or sponsorship slot.

    Vendors will receive the event itinerary one month before the event and are required to be present at the Venue no later than the scheduled time on the day of the event for the purpose of setting up vendor’s stations, goods, and other items necessary to vend at the location.

    Vendors are subject to the approval of the Organizers and shall not show/vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the event without the organizer’s written consent. Organizers reserve the right to refuse the display of unapproved goods and/or services, before and during the event.

    Vendor's staff may announce the availability of the goods/services while they are within the confines of the vendor area. Vendors agree to only sell within their assigned vendor space.


    Vendor's staff shall be neatly and appropriately clothed and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.


    No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by the vendor’s staff or guests without written permission from the FauxRox coordinator.


    Vendors shall have access to the location for up to one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event to dismantle and remove all items brought to the location. Vendors shall leave the location clean of trash and restore location back to preoccupancy condition. Vendors who exceed the allotted break-down time may be subject to absorbing applicable fees associated with the venue terms of use policy. DUE PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PREMISES.


    Food Vendors are responsible for acquiring event insurance and hereby agree to submit appropriate paperwork (60) days prior to the event. FauxRox Productions LLC, and any affiliates including, the venue, and organizers are not responsible for stolen property, damages to personal property and from any form of loss or damages as a result of the event.


    Vendors waive releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Rahsheeda Hicks, FauxRox Productions LLC, affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successor and assign for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this event or any related activities. If there are any damages to the property, the vendor is solely responsible for returning the property to its original state.


    Vendors shall ensure all tables/booths/showcases are always staffed throughout the duration of the Event.


    Vendors agree to market their presence as a vendor at the event via all social media outlets used for current means of business promotion, including the Internet (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, company website) and print. We also recommend vendors add 150 guests to the official event Facebook invite for awareness purposes.


    Vendors grant full permission, perpetual and worldwide, to the organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium for future promotion.


    Vendors agree not to assign this contract or sublet all or any part of booth space without written consent from FauxRox Productions LLC.


    Vendor slots are not finalized/reserved until receipt of a signed agreement and payment in full. Once determined, the location of the vendor tables is permanent.


    All payments received for use of vendor space are non-refundable.


    Access to electricity outlets/generators is NOT guaranteed as part of this vendor agreement.


    Vendors must provide their own staff to assist in setting up/dismantling vending areas.


    FauxRox Productions reserves the right to cancel this event at any time prior to the date of the event. Refunds of all amounts paid by vendors in connection with this agreement will be honored under this circumstance ONLY. Otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.

    Vendors agree to provide promotional items to 50 VIP swag bags. Swag bag items should be mailed by 12/14/2019 to:

    Any items used for product/service display/promotion [other than the provided table] must be approved by FauxRox Productions. You may email vendors@fauxroxproductions.com for approval.
