By entering into or renewing this Partnership With Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore, I agree to the following statements on behalf of my organization:

Our organization supports Girl Scouts in its efforts to make Girl Scouting available to all girls and adults. We welcome all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation (including gender identity), marital status, or the presence of any physical, sensory or mental disability (provided that the participant can safely undertake the activity).*

I will adhere to all Girl Scout Safety and Activity Checkpoints pertinent to the programs, as identified to me by GSMISTS staff member(s). We agree to comply with applicable GSUSA safety expectations.*

For overnight events: We understand that it is not appropriate for men to sleep in the same space as girl members. Men may participate ONLY if separate sleeping quarters and bathrooms are available for their use.*

Unless otherwise specified, obtaining photo release permissions is our organization's responsibility. Photographing or recording any photo restricted girls is prohibited.*

I understand chaperoning adults may be registering for and attending my organization's events in order to meet GSUSA girl to adult safety ratio. Unless otherwise coordinated as a drop-off event, these adults are responsible for their Girl Scouts and may not be turned away.*

Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore will only share participant information as applicable for Girl Scout programs. GSMISTS will not share mailing lists, addresses, or emails. I agree not to solicit or promote non-Girl Scout opportunities to participants of my program(s).*
