Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We understand that things come up and sometimes you won’t be able to attend a market that you signed up for. All cancellations should be received via email to montrosemorningmarket@gmail.com no later than 12PM on Thursday before the cancelled date. Cancellations received after this time will result in a charge in the amount of the requested booth space. Vendors that do not attend without notice more than 2 scheduled dates will be withdrawn from the market and all future markets without a credit. Vendors who do not show up for their reserved space without contacting us beforehand will not receive booth credits and may be barred from future markets. We cannot have empty spaces at the market. On a case by case basis Vendors who contact us to cancel prior to the event may receive a credit. No refunds will be provided.
Rain Out Policy: Moving forward the Heights Morning Market will be rain or shine with exceptions only for extreme weather. Should a market be cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive a credit for a future market.
Indemnity Agreement: By clicking register you hereby release and agree to hold harmless individuals associated with the Montrose Morning Market, its agents, representatives, and successors from any damage to undersigned's property or any personal injury that he/she or helpers may sustain while participating in Montrose Morning Market. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks in the event that you are not able to attend. I will abide by all rules that the market puts into place. This agreement is good for all future markets that you attend unless notified by the market manager. Submitting this form is the equivalent to my signature.
